This is why.. government no finances for other projects.. like helping the poor.. cleaning up our enviornment.. building better facilities.. better schools.. better government services.. 400m.. give me 1m lar.. -_-.. there are alot of poor ppl out there.. rather than giving money to spend on a bigger function room.. do it in the open air.. and.. give the money.. to those who really need.. i feel super demoralize..
